Street Style Inspiration To See You Into Spring

Happy March 1st! It’s way past that time when we’re officially allowed to get excited about spring and all the new wardrobe opportunities.

But this year I’m thinking a bit more along practical lines and am prepping for the mixed bag of weather that is surely still ahead.

Hang on a minute…did I just say Practical? Most unlike me.

But we all know that the reality of spring in the UK is that whilst we might see guest appearances from the sun now and again, we’re equally likely to still see some snow.

Or at least feel the cold wintery bite of a few frosty, sub zero mornings in the foreseeable future.

I have a fashion theory to deal with this…

Going on the basis that if my ears are warm and I can still throw a coat on, I’m more than happy to increase the ankle exposure opportunities and attempt to work in some spring street style inspiration from 1st March onwards.

Taking a few sartorial hints from some very stylish women, here’s my guide to Almost Spring dressing.

Prepare to leave behind the depths of winter… we’re nearly there…

LOVE everything about this post. My heart dropped when I clicked on the Stuart Weitzman sandals, so I’m very glad for the purse friendly Mango alternative you provided which are now winging their way to me – as is the leather bag *coughs*. I see Italy in their future!

It’s the beanie i’m most interested in this evening but that might be because i spent the afternoon freezing on a touchline. Bring on Spring and bare ankles as soon as possible!

I just found this blog via the Neom website and I love it!. All the items you’ve chosen are right up my street, especially the grey knitwear and coat (I’m actually wearing a grey sweater at the moment from Toast..lol).
