Cast of Gossip Girl Spotted Shopping In Phase Eight!

Don’t quote me on that. I mean I’m not saying they wouldn’t shop in Phase Eight should they be on a jaunt to the UK but the title is a total fabrication. Invented by me whilst trawling the Internet looking at dresses.

Do you ever do that thing when you see a dress and think “Ooh, I could REALLY see (insert favourite film/TV character name here) wearing that!”. No? Just me then.

Whilst recently perusing Phase Eight, having spotted a dress that I considered to be very Serena, I then spied a typical Blair number, closely followed by something that wouldn’t go amiss on the wonderful Lily van der Woodsen.

This is a great game, you should try it. It makes the winter evenings fly by…which is a good thing seeing as Gossip Girl is no more…

1. Kristen embellished dress – was £99, now £59 2. Petals fit & flare dress – was £180, now £69 3. Lauren crush dress – £140

What do you think of my imaginary Gossip Girl shopping session and who would you like to see on a retail spree and in which store?

This is such a clever post! I am relieved that Blair’s dress is sold out in my size cause otherwise I’d be in trouble, and we both know that a mummy of 3 little ones has no place to wear that dress! It would be fun to spot any of three ladies on Bond Street I think! xx

I am sure Phase Eight would be delighted with this (made up) endorsement – you are a brand’s dream! Love the choices – ohh could you do this with other programmes? What would Carrie choose? So many options! Oh and while we are at it if you could get Clare Danes out of her black suit doldrums in Homeland that would be great ;-)

Very much looking forward to next week! In the words of Amanda: ‘squeeeeeeee!!’ L x

  4. Haha. It sure got me clicking on the title!! Loved this post. I can see a career as an on-set stylist coming up. (is that the word?)
