It’s that time of year. The time when, even though I’ve just dropped a small fortune on the trappings of Christmas, I have to take a look at the winter sales and in no time at all, find myself hooked on a bargain search.
The big name online sales have a huge pull for me and I usually find one or two things that I consider a worthwhile investment. The temptation factor is ramped up somewhat when I have not one, but two branches of one of my favourite boutiques to peruse…right on my doorstep. I happened to be in the Lymington branch of Stanwells just as they went into sale mode – getting to see it all hanging right there in front of my eyes is temptation of the highest order.
Being an accessories magpie I instantly went to pick up the Philippe Audibert rose gold plated bracelet and the zesty coloured DVF Mini Harper bag – both good reductions and very covetable.
After a careful examination of the shop and online boutique, here’s my edit of the Stanwells autumn winter sale…
1. MSGM frayed tweed jacket – was £440, now £308 2. Equipment Sophie contrast fawn shirt – was £230, now £161 3. Issa long Goddess dress – was £520, now £312 4. Diane Von Furstenberg Georginne woven pants – were £269, now £201.76 5. Hoss Intropia leopard print scarf – was £70, now £35

Eek loving the mini Harper bag – think I need to check my bank balance!
