I have fond memories of Anya Hindmarch’s Valorie glitter clutch. Sadly not because I own one but happily because it brought a lovely new friend into my life via the blog…she knows who she is.
But enough of the cryptic and lets concentrate on the glitter. I would dearly love to own a Valorie one day…and at £350 I think I have more chance of realising this particular bag dream than the Chanel 2.55 one for example.
Anya Hindmarch Valorie glitter clutch – £350 Matches, Glitter envelope bag – £25 Oasis

It is very beautiful isn’t it. Not sure Oasis’ Glitter Clutch envelope is quite in the same league as a real Valorie but who am i to quibble at a such a good deal! I certainly couldn’t afford the real thing so would definitely go with the Oasis.
Well in my fantasy life I have one in every colour! However, I think the reality is that it’s more of a once in a lifetime thing! xx P.S. Ditto! xx
I’d save for the real thing as it looks way more beautiful. It even shines more brightly.
Zara had a really delicious slightly more louche one this season for £40 ish – fantastic with Leather pants, blazer and heels if you are going out after work – just stash the briefcase-heavy-mum bag in a desk at work, add some scarlet lippy and run !
I love that someone was brought into your life via a glitter clutch! I can’t actually remember how it was I first found your blog (it was all those years ago during the ’39 and Counting’ days), but I like to think it was something as wonderful and sparkly as this!
Oh, and this clutch is permanently on my wishlist too!
Briony xx
Whenever I see something sparkly I think of you B! And the wonderful thing is is that the person who was brought into my life by the sparkly clutch came via your blog! xx
