A Stand Out Cover Up

Whilst on the way to an appointment in London last week, I happened across the Michael Kors store in Westfield that I’d missed last time I was there. After blinking back tears of joy, I headed in knowing that the inevitable would happen – I cannot go in and leave without buying something. Yet still my feet moved onwards in the direction of the Manhattan luxe.

In all three London stores that I’ve visited so far, the staff always get it so right. I was served by an amazingly helpful, statuesquely beautiful woman and before I knew it, I was skipping out with my new purchase dangling from the crook of my arm. Happy days indeed!

I love this mock neck toggle cardigan SO much and have already managed to wear it three times since last Tuesday. When layered over long sleeves it provides the perfect amount of warmth whilst still being a standout cover up.

Its second outing on Saturday was under crisp autumn sunny skies that provided a chance to play down by the water in these navy Cotu classic 2750′s kindly sent by Superga. Loved by Alexa Chung and now loved by me.

Just as we finished taking these pictures, even though the skies remained blue the rain came in so we made a hasty retreat back to the car. The Michael Kors must be protected at all costs!

Those particular Supergas are loved by me too – since I happen to be sporting the exact same pair today! Nicely worn!

Love your cardigan! May I ask about superga’s sizing. Did you need to size up or down? I’ve been on a couple of websites with conflicting advice. Thanks! :)

Thank you Olivia! I’m a UK size 7 and mine fit me perfectly in that size. I do have one foot marginally wider than the other but doesn’t seem to be a problem. Hope you love your Superga’s when you get them! x

Thanks Amanda. I always find ordering shoes online hit or miss as I’m between a uk 7 & 7.5. I ordered your lovely red Boden shoes in a 7 and they were too small but they were so pretty I almost kept them! x
