Coast Limited Edition Party Dresses – To The Manor Born
One of the many things that fills me with glee when it comes to the approach of the festive season is that it’s the perfect excuse to find a new party dress. I may not get to attend an annual office bash these days but I sure as hell can usually find somewhere to wear a sequin or two a some point in December.
I have on many occasions plundered the rails of Coast when shopping for parties and weddings but admit that I’ve sometimes worried that someone else is going to turn up wearing the same thing. So far that ultimate of frock horrors hasn’t happened I’m glad to say. So when I heard they were bringing out a small but perfectly formed collection of Limited Edition party dresses for the Holiday season I was keen to see what was on offer. If you like the look of these pictures, you should see the dresses up close and personal – they are gorgeous.
Florissa Maxi & Florissa, Elita Maxi & Perla wrap dress – all available from Coast Ltd Edition as of 3 November.
My personal favourite and the one I suspect will be an instant sell-out is the Perla sequin wrap dress. This dress is perfect for slender and curvy girls and both twenty and forty forty-somethings alike. Case in point… the Coast model and er… me! I was very lucky to get my hands on a Perla dress ahead of the launch so I decided to take her for a spin around a wonderful local hotel, Careys Manor. A grand dress deserves a grand setting after all!
I was extremely impressed with the quality and finish of the dress – past experience has taught me you have to be so careful with sequin pieces. The less you spend, the more sparkle you shed is the general rule of thumb.
These dresses will be on sale in ten stores as listed below and online from 6.00pm on Thursday 3rd November so if you want to be sure to get your hands on the Perla dress or any of the other gorgeous offerings, sign up here to be among the first to shop the collection.
A huge thank you to Push PR and Coast for letting me play Coast Limited Edition dress up and also to Careys Manor who agreed to let me, Mr Online Stylist and Small Child lose in the hotel on Sunday afternoon.
What do you think of the dresses and will you be signing up to shop the collection on Thursday? If you have a successful shop, please let me know how you get on!
