Well, the school holidays are officially over and come Monday, Small Child and I will be back into our respective routines. I’m looking forward to having more time to work harder than ever before and SC is looking forward to being in year one with her new teacher. Other Half is back to work and has one more month of his notice to serve. His new term and new challenge commences mid-October.
I love the advent of autumn and the feeling of newness again – the promise of fresh starts, crisp mornings and the countdown to Christmas lurking on the horizon. And I’m ready to embrace it all with open arms… encased in some gorgeous Autumn/Winter styles of course.
But for now, seeing as we have been back from Spain for over a week and I haven’t shared any holiday photos, here are a few of my favourites to eek out the summer… for one more weekend at least.
